Initial Consultation and Concept Development:
1.Discuss the client’s vision, requirements, and objectives for the project.
2. Brainstorm and develop initial concepts and ideas based on the client’s brief.
Concept Approval and Design Development:
1. Present initial concepts and designs to the client for feedback.
2. Revise and refine concepts based on client input until a concept is approved. (2 changes are included, after the 2nd change an extra Fee of 350.00 usd will be charged)
Interior Design and Layout Planning:
1.Create a detailed interior layout and a moodboard for design.
3D Modeling and Rendering:
1. 3D sketches based on approved designs and layouts. (changes occur in this step)
2. Create high-quality, photorealistic 3D renders of the interior and exterior views. (If any change desired after doing the final renders, client will be responsible for the cost of each extra image)
Logo Creation and Stationery Design:
1. We create a unique logo that represents the project.
2. We design stationery items such as business cards, letterheads, and other office supplies to maintain a consistent visual identity.
Sales Presentations and Brochures:
1. We design a sales presentations showcasing the project highlights and features.
Social Media Posts:
1. We develop 12 engaging social media posts that highlight key aspects of the project.
